Location is very good, walking distance, just a few meters away from Robinson's Place Manila. Staffs are courteous, smiling, and accommodating, from the guard upon entering the hotel, the room attendants, housekeeping supervisor, manager, bellboys and front desk clerks are all friendly. Free hot and cold water. Room rates are at reasonable price and economical.

The staff are friendly, the management is considerate about the requests of their guests, and I'm so thankful that they returned my advance payments for my cancelled booking. And definitely, I will choose this hotel again for my next visit to Manila.

As a guest when you book a cheaper rate then expect less. For me I dont expect more as long as we can rest. Overall for me is good as long safe and masaya mga kiddos ko.

I ALWAYS LOVE YOU STAY IN MANILA MANOR HOTEL , EVERYTIME IM IN MANILA.. FIRST.. ITS VERY NEAR TO EVERYTHING YOU NEED.. A WALK AWAY TO MALL, .. TO DOLOMITES...TO THE BEAUTY OF MANILA BAY. SECOND, ITS VERY CHEAP COMPARED TO OTHER HOTELS... THIRD AND THE LAST.. IT HAS A VERY ACCOMODATING STAFF,'S AND VERY HELPFULL AND MAKES YOU FEEL..THAT MANILA MANOR HOTEL IS ALSO YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME...
